I take pride in creating high-quality handmade accessories using durable silicone beads and acrylic spacers. Because each item is handmade, normal wear and tear can happen over time. If your accessory breaks, I’m happy to help whenever possible.
If Your Item Breaks:
• If your item breaks within 7 days of delivery, please contact me with a photo of the damage. I will gladly repair or remake the item at no cost (customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise discussed).
• For breaks that occur after 7 days, I still offer repairs or remakes when possible (customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise discussed).
• Items that have been modified, heavily worn, chewed, or damaged due to misuse may not qualify for free repair or remake.

My accessories are not intended for young children or pets. Please inspect your item regularly and discontinue use if it becomes damaged or loose.
